my classmate fixed my hoodie/backpack situation every single day and I fell in love

So I wear this messenger bag crossbody style over my school uniform, right. But I'm ALWAYS wearing a hoodie on top of it. So every single day after class when I'm trying to strap my bag on, the strap gets caught on my hood and I'm just standing there struggling. And my classmate. Every. Single. Time. Just takes off their hat and fixes it for me without even being asked.

This went on for like 2 months until it became just... our thing. Normal routine. We didn't even talk about it anymore.

Then on the last day before winter break they do it again, and while they're untangling my hood from the strap they're like "how are you even leaving the house like this without me" and they're poking my hood and they go "see you when school starts" and just. Leave.

That's when it HIT me. I've been in love the whole time. I'm not okay. I'm screaming.
