he literally played dumb about needing moisturizer just to have me touch his face

so backstory: there was this cross-dressing festival at school and my partner was doing it. I was in charge of makeup and he was TALL as hell compared to me so applying lipstick was already a nightmare. But then he notices I'm struggling and just... lowers his head without me asking? And asks if that's better? I was like yeah actually that helps and he goes "why didn't you say something sooner, just keep going" and bestie his FACE was SO CLOSE to mine I literally almost died right there on the spot. I'm not exaggerating my heart was going crazy.

So anyway after doing his makeup I had to do some cleansing thing and it dried his skin out and I was like okay I'll just use the expensive moisturizer I brought just in case. And my HANDS were shaking the entire time I was applying it. Never thought I'd be touching his face in my entire life lmao.

That night he texts me (FIRST TIME TEXTING) saying his skin's dry again and telling me to apply moisturizer again tomorrow. I FLOATED HOME. Genuinely thought I could walk to space.

So the next day I show up and he immediately goes "oh my face is irritated" so I'm like should I apply it? And he's like "you do it better, I can't apply it right" and I just FROZE. Started bleeding from my nose no joke. I said yes obviously while my brain short-circuited.

But here's the thing. He's usually expressionless and kinda cold personality-wise. Scary face honestly. But while I was putting the moisturizer on he was SMILING. Actually genuinely smiling. I was shocked because that's so unlike him.

We kept texting after that. He kept finding excuses. Hangover. Face stuff. And I'm sitting here falling for this guy. THEN THREE DAYS AGO he literally confesses to me. Except get this. He said he hated himself for acting like that when he doesn't even like girls. Like he was being weird on purpose. But THEN. He tells me his sister AND his mom already had that exact moisturizer. He played dumb on purpose just to have me touch his face.

the AUDACITY. the CUTENESS of it all actually. I'm obsessed. Today makes day 4 btw. I'm actually going insane 💕
