okay so our newbie has been here a few months right. keeps mixing up work terminology and stuff. so just now the team lead is talking to them like "ㅇㅇ... i'm literally about to cry every time you do this" and puts their hand on their forehead all dramatic. and the newbie ACTUALLY THINKS THEY'RE CRYING. so they're like FRANTICALLY ripping tissues out of the box and rushing over like "oh no... don't cry..." LMAOOOOO. and the team lead is just SCREAMING at them like "LISTEN. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME YOU DO THIS!!!" and i'm sitting here trying SO HARD not to burst out laughing while biting the inside of my cheek. i can't. the audacity of this situation has me in a chokehold.
