One person has a full unhinged convo with themselves at 4AM about moving to California
This is a single person ('Anonymous Lurker') sending 8 messages in a row to what appears to be a group chat, all within 7 minutes starting at 4:10 AM. They somehow got themselves hyped up about California and just... kept going.
The thread starts with them claiming '2 likes = moving to California,' then spiraling: 'omg 5 likes lmaooo,' 'waitβ 5 likes... someone actually liked it lmaooo,' 'Cali really is a place where positive people live lmaooo,' and then '5 likes LMAOOO.' By 4:15 they're typing 'I'm also from Cali [in spirit] since I get a lot of sunlight so I think I count lol.' Finally: 'I wanna emigrate to Cali lol' and then just... 'ah lol.'
The chaotic late-night energy of betting your life decisions on internet likes and then GETTING the likes and having a full meltdown is extremely relatable.
