Employee texts boss 'I'm late' β boss responds with a whip
A KakaoTalk chat from Wednesday, October 18, 2017. The employee (yellow bubbles) messages their boss at 8:32 AM in full panic mode: 'I'm so sorry, I'm going to be late todayβ¦ γ γ I left my work stuff at homeβ¦ I went back to get my bag right away, I'll be there ASAP. So sorry!!'
The boss responds with a single 'γ ' (basically 'k') and when the employee desperately pleads 'Please give me leniency π', the boss simply replies: 'λ΄μ' ('Next time.')
Then at 9:16 AM, the boss sends a photo of... the employee's empty, abandoned desk. Just the desk. Sitting there. Alone. Followed by a single '?'
The employee has already arrived and the desk is empty. The boss is asking where they are WITHOUT WORDS. Absolutely brutal.
