Girl Met Her Boyfriend Because of a Barcode Slip at a Study CafΓ©
OP went to an unmanned study cafΓ© for the first time ever (her usual reading room had a 50-year history, lol). She had no idea how to use the modern self-check-in system, so she just stood awkwardly at the entrance holding a little barcode slip, too scared to go in.
Then some guy behind her goes 'just go ahead' and she nervously shuffles in. Turns out he follows her inside, scans the barcode, and coolly walks to his seat. She's lowkey flustered because he's tall, has a big keychain, and is just generally cute. She watches him study intensely and thinks 'wow he's so diligent.'
When she's about to leave, she tries to stammer out a thank-you for earlier and nearly writes down her number on the barcode slip... but then she chickens out and throws it away. EXCEPT β the guy had been watching her the whole time, comes out at the same time, hands her the slip she tossed, and goes 'you might need this.' They live 20 minutes apart, end up chatting, then KakaoTalk, and eventually start dating. She ends the post with a string of happy γ γ 's.
