my bf saw my bangs and started laughing like a maniac then had a nosebleed???

so i got a short fringe cut right, and my bf looks at my face and he's like laughing at me. so i'm like "why are you laughing" and he's like "is something weird about it..?" LIKE SIR. then he washes his face (dramatic af btw) and suddenly he's like "wait no you're actually cute" ??? and then he KEEPS laughing to himself like the whole rest of the day and i'm genuinely concerned he's lost it. so i'm like "bro are you okay" and he goes "yeah no i think i'm actually going crazy lately" and then he starts MESSING WITH HIS OWN HAIR all chaotically and literally almost got a nosebleed i'm not even joking. this man is unhinged and i cannot tell if he was insulting me or complimenting me.
