She joked about having no boyfriend — he showed up at her door

A girl posted about heading home late from a study hall, scared of the dark, so she called her guy friend to keep her company. Mid-call, he goes 'why do you always call ME instead of getting a boyfriend?' So she clapped back jokingly: 'I DO have someone — why are you being weird?' He suddenly went dead silent, then asked: 'Where are you right now?'

She realized she went too far and said 'lol I was just messing with you, I'm alone.' He told her to sit somewhere nearby and wait just a minute. She thought nothing of it and kept chatting on the phone.
