So my dad lost his left leg in a car accident. The person who caused it never once apologized. Not once.

And while all that was happening, my mom had to go to the OB/GYN ALONE to give birth to my younger sibling because there was literally nobody else. I was sitting alone in my dad's hospital room. Just me. I was so scared. SO scared.

Dad couldn't go back to work. The whole family just... fell apart. And then, as if that wasn't enough, my mom got diagnosed with cancer on top of everything. After that my dad would just cry alone every day saying he was sorry. every single day. saying sorry.

But right now? Dad's got his own business and it's doing well. We're okay.
