I collapsed from pain as a kid and woke up in the ER. My parents were still fighting.

Growing up we were really poor and my parents fought basically every day. So one day I'm in absolute AGONY, stomach pain so bad I can't function, and even through all that I'm crying and begging them to please just stop fighting, please. And then I blacked out.

Woke up in the ER.

My aunt was there next to me. She told me my parents had kept fighting. In the ER. And then just... went home.

She looked at me and said "you've had it so rough, haven't you."

And honestly. Yeah. That one really got me.
