mom says her unemployed daughter is 'killing her'

okay so this is a legend-tier post that's been going around and I need to talk about it.

some mom wrote in saying her daughter won't get a job and she's 'dying over it.' that's the whole setup.

except.

the daughter? has a job. she's employed. actively working.

the mom just doesn't COUNT it because it's not the specific type of job she approved of. we're talking full-time employment that the mom has personally decided does not qualify as Real Employment because reasons.

the audacity is ASTRONOMICAL. your daughter is out here punching in every day and you're on the internet telling people she's unemployed because she didn't become whatever you had in your vision board???

and the comments were not kind. people were like. ma'am. you need to sit down. your daughter is fine. YOU are the problem.

no because the casual redefining of reality so you can be the victim. iconic. unhinged. a classic Korean mom move honestly.
