She played dumb for YEARS to destroy him legally

So I'm in college taking a law elective because I needed the credits. The professor's actually solid at storytelling, drops case studies mixed with stuff he's handled. Yesterday he told us something genuinely unhinged and I'm still thinking about it.

Back in high school there was this guy A who was basically a delinquent bully. Absolute menace to everyone, but especially to his classmate B. We're talking bread shuttle (dude had to buy him food constantly), random beatings when A was bored, extortion, the works. BRUTAL stuff. People kept telling B to report him but B would just laugh it off like an idiot, so everyone treated B like a moron and A just kept escalating.

This didn't stop after graduation either. A literally owned B's ass in college. B would show up anywhere A called. Different universities didn't matter. A had B taking exams for him, doing his homework, loaning him money, literally living off him like a parasite.

Then one day it all snapped. A calls B, B shows up like 30 minutes late. And instead of groveling like usual? B is just... casual about it. Unbothered. A tries to intimidate him, B just laughs in his face. A hasn't seen that energy in YEARS so he absolutely BEATS THE SHIT out of B, thinking B will grovel again like always.

Next day A gets a call from the police. B filed charges.

But it gets worse. B had been documenting EVERYTHING. Photos of every scar and wound. Screenshots of all the money demands. Voice recordings of A asking for loans and threatening him. Kakaotalk proofs of the proxy exam schemes. All of it.

Turns out? This was B's plan the whole time. B realized that if he snitched in high school, the punishment would be a slap on the wrist (juvenile records and schools cover that shit up). So B WAITED. Stayed quiet. Acted like a total doormat. Made sure A kept committing crimes as an adult so the punishment would actually stick.

A, being dumb as hell, called B trying to force him to drop the charges. Threatened him. Made demands.

ALL RECORDED.

That became evidence too.

B didn't settle. When A's parents literally got on their knees begging, B didn't even flinch. A got prison time for assault, extortion, fraud, you name it. B sent the university a full breakdown of the proxy exam scheme with evidence AND an apology letter. The uni understood B was a victim but expelled A anyway.

A got blacklisted in his entire social circle.

But the revenge? IT DIDN'T STOP THERE.

After A got out, B systematically destroyed his life. A tried getting jobs? B would show up at his workplaces and tell employers about his record and his violent history. Every job, B would follow and sabotage. A started dating someone? B went straight to her and exposed everything. A literally couldn't leave the house without his entire life imploding.

A tried suing B for harassment. B had a high-end lawyer ready. B won.

A had nothing. No money, no prospects, no one willing to hire him or date him. He couldn't even fight back because one more assault charge and he'd be right back in prison. So he just... gave up.

The professor told us this story to make us think about what real revenge actually means. But then he said something wild: "There are a LOT of people out there pretending to be dumb while plotting this exact thing in their heads."

Honestly? Kind of terrifying. This is why you don't mess with quiet people.
