sometimes i wonder if this is just... it

there are moments where i just think. is this how it's supposed to be? like is this just life now.

not crying-level sad. nothing that dramatic. just this low, quiet kind of depressed that sits on you. heavy and dull. no energy for anything.

and then sometimes i laugh at something and feel normal for a bit.

and then it comes back.
