The Kimura Virus (creepypasta)

Okay I wasn't going to post this but here we go.

This happened at an elementary school in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Kid named Kimura, 4th grade, was getting bullied pretty bad by his classmates.

One day some little gremlin thought it would be funny to go "I'VE BEEN INFECTED WITH THE KIMURA VIRUS!!!" as a joke. And that was it. That was all it took.

After that, every single time Kimura touched anything, the kids would scream "KIMURA VIRUS" and "okay TOUCH" and run around infecting each other like it was a whole game. His suffering was literally a game to them.

He asked them to stop at a class meeting. Stood up in front of everyone and said please. Nobody cared. The homeroom teacher watched it happen and didn't do a single thing.

Kimura started missing more and more school.

"There's no such thing as the Kimura virus..."

He was completely crushed. Just this little kid sitting there thinking, god, what if it were real though.

So he went to a shrine. And he prayed. "Please. Make the Kimura virus real."

(look, when you're that desperate, you try things)

A few days later he came back to school. First time in a while. And obviously the kids immediately started up again.

The one who originally started the whole thing ran up and touched Kimura, screaming "INFECTED BY THE KIMURA VIRUS" and then started running around touching everybody else. The other kids were laughing, touching each other, spreading it around the whole class like they were having the time of their lives.

And then.

The first kid who touched Kimura collapsed.

Foam. Coming out of his mouth. Full body seizure on the classroom floor.

While everyone was losing their minds, the other kids who'd been tagged started dropping. One by one. All of them foaming at the mouth, convulsing. Some were biting their tongues so hard they were coughing up blood.

The classroom was CHAOS. Absolute panic.

The homeroom teacher ran in when he heard the screaming.

And then the teacher collapsed too.

Every single kid who participated in the bullying, plus the teacher, got rushed to the hospital. Most of them ended up with serious lasting complications.

Cause of illness: unknown.

No virus was ever detected in any of them.

Oh and Kimura? He's doing totally fine. Living a normal life.

The Kimura virus doesn't exist, obviously. You could touch him right now and nothing would happen.
