okay this is going to sound cheesy but i need to post this somewhere.
back in high school things got really bad. like, really bad. bad enough that i climbed up onto the railing of the 13th floor of our apartment building and stood there.
but my mom noticed.
and she came out crying, and she reached into her wallet and pulled out this little ticket. the "i'll grant any wish" coupon i made her in kindergarten for Mother's Day. she had kept it in her wallet. this whole time.
we just held each other and cried.
i haven't wanted to die since.
