Got a haircut and accidentally started a love triangle in class

So I had long hair my whole life right. FINALLY cut it to shoulder length for the first time and honestly I looked so bad I literally went to cram school wearing a hoodie and hat because I couldn't deal. Of course the guys kept being like "yo take off the hat" and I was so embarrassed I just did it. And EVERY single one of them was like "nah your long hair was better, why'd you cut it" which like okay thanks for that.

BUT THEN. There's this group of guys who were just quietly on their phones not saying anything, and they suddenly look up and one of them goes "actually she looks pretty" and I'm SCREAMING internally.

So naturally the whole class loses it. Everyone's asking my desk neighbor if he likes me lmaooo. Like full on "do you have a thing for her?" energy and they're making all these weird sounds at him trying to get him to confess. And he DOESN'T DENY IT. He just laughs and says "she's pretty so what, what's wrong with that" like sir???
