So this was like 10 years ago in my senior year major class. We had this adjunct professor, dude in his mid-to-late 30s, never married, had that whole gold digger energy vibe going on.
Anywhere he's lecturing about something random and goes, "When I was 27, I think..." and he's about to keep going with his story.
I'm sitting front row. The timing was PERFECT. Without missing a beat I go, "Oh so like... last year?"
LMAOOO. His face literally never stopped smiling after that. And I'm talking everyone in that class, upperclassmen, underclassmen, EVERYONE was throwing thumbs up at me. He was not mad at all, just stood there grinning.
I still think about how hard that landed lol.
