Student Council President Is Built Different (and Unhinged)

Title: 'This morning on the way to school'

OP says the student council president was standing at the school front gate, spotted a guy who'd been caught smoking multiple times before, grabbed him by the collar of his school uniform shirt, yanked him close, and... sniffed his neck. Like a dog checking for cigarette smell. OP's reaction: 'Is he insane???'

But wait — it gets weirder. On the way home, OP passes through an alley near some shops and sees familiar faces. While watching what's going on, they witness some random older dude lean over and USE HIS LIT CIGARETTE TO LIGHT THE ONE IN THE STUDENT COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S MOUTH.

OP dissolves into keyboard smashing (ㅅㅂㅅㅂ 씨브ㅅ 삐씨브ㅅ브ㅅ 삐넹글 둚 — pure rage gibberish) before ending with: 'Who even taught him to smoke like that... can I turn on Mission Lens (a school safety app)?'
