just witnessed the most unhinged romantic moment at a convenience store

okay so I just saw two high school boys and it was actually THE most romantic thing ever??? one dude is sitting INSIDE the convenience store eating cup ramen right, and his friend walks past outside and apparently recognizes him through the glass so he just taps on the window twice with the back of his hand. and the guy inside literally STOPS MID-SLURP and looks up and then they make eye contact and just. start laughing. that's it. that's the whole thing. but bestie the WAY they looked at each other??? I'm crying. this is what peak male friendship looks like. no words needed. just a tap on glass and a laugh. I can't believe I witnessed this
